Fayetteville,
Arkansas

Regional Rhythms visited Dickson Street, the lively downtown strip in Fayetteville Arkansas. Walking distance from University of Arkansas, Dickson street has a variety of activities and venues to entertain the diverse population of the college town. Our crew had the opportunity to visit some great venues like George’s Majestic Lounge, Dickson Street Pub, Brewski’s, and Willy D’s, and even got to meet and talk to local musicians like Jesse Dean and Phillip Sais. This was a great first stop on the Regional Rhythms tour and got us super excited for what’s next. Check out our gallery below!

Lawrence,
Kansas

Regional Rhythms got a chance to head up to Massachusetts Street in Lawrence Kansas. During our visit there the street was very festive for all of the upcoming holidays and bustling with locals out visiting their Final Friday arts and culture celebration. Massachusets street was packed with great venues like the Granada and many art shops that were filled with live music. We got the opportunity to talk to musicians like Pat Nichols who recorded a sample for us! Check out a few of our photos from the trip!

Indianapolis,
Indiana

Regional Rhythms went to Indianapolis over spring break. While in town, we traveled between Fountain Square, Broad Ripple, Mass Ave and Downtown. We stayed farther outside of the downtown area, in Fisher. After getting interviews with the owner of the Chatterbox and a tour of LoFi, we went to local Art shops and later explored the nightlife. We collected submissions from performers at The Slippery Noodle, The Chatterbox and other street performers.

Regional Rhythms spent a night in Louisville during our spring break trip. We started our day in the art district, and found our way to morel's for a vegan dinner. At night we ran into a street performer named Barfly, who submitted music live. We also visited multiple live music bar venues. The night was ended with a ride on electric scooters around down town.
